The flowers are blooming, the weather is warm, and it is so beautiful this time of year where we live. For some reason, during this time of year, I can get out of bed easier. Actually, it’s a proven fact that less people feel depressed when it’s nice weather outside.

At The Beadcage, we had the best May ever! We were much busier than we ever anticipated. I would like to thank all of you for coming in and being patient, especially this month. All the support from the community, as well as out of towners, was just overwhelming.

With the last four weeks behind us, just about all of our first international shipment of the year is into the computers and out on the floor. What does that mean for our Beaders? Well, this means that our beads and findings selections have grown by nearly 1000. The biggest increase comes from our new lines of plated findings. We now have the best quality findings, the largest selection and the best prices. Customers who come in now will experience the best selections.

In addition to findings we now have hundreds of new semi precious stones with a large majority being tear drop faceted Candy Jade. There is an amazing selection of the hottest stick stones too.

When you already thought we had the greatest selection of pearls, we turn around and make it better. We have hundreds of new pearls including gorgeous graduated large natural fresh water black pearls. The amounts of colors of the white pearls are also increasing to ensure a perfect match with any outfit.

There is even more. We have a huge section of glass pearls in size ranging to above 18-20 mm in many colors. We have expanded our lines of glass beads too, to include a hundred of the most unbelievable faceted roundels you have ever seen. This includes clear and metalized. With these beads our sparkle quotient has increased by ten fold.

There are also hundreds of new and interesting items including filigree findings and crystal cabs designed by Paula.
